Mr. Felix Koskei, the Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service today paid a courtesy visit to the Commander Kenya Navy Major General Jimson Mutai at the Kenya Navy Headquarters in Mtongwe, Mombasa.
During his visit, Mr Koskei was briefed on the organisation of the Kenya Navy and roles of the Service in National Security as well as the operations conducted to ensure maritime security in the Western Indian Ocean.
The Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service also toured the Kenya Shipyard Limited (KSL), Mombasa shipyard where he was received by the Managing Director Major General Paul Otieno and enlightened on the organisation of KSL and its roles in harnessing the shipbuilding potential.
Mr. Koskei was accompanied by Mr. Mohamed Daghar Principal Secretary State Department for Transport
