SHORTLISTED APPLICANTS FOR SPECIALIST CADETS REPORT AT KMA, NAKURU FOR INTERVIEWS

The Kenya Defence Forces on Sunday , 12th December 2021  commenced the interviews for shortlisted specialist officer cadets at Kenya Military Academy, Nakuru. Over 300 shortlisted candidates turned up for the interviews.

The Chief of Personnel, Brigadier Elijah Ndegwa Gatere officiated the kick off of the exercise on behalf of the Assistant Chief of Defence Forces. He affirmed that the exercise shall be above board, free and fair to all. He also congratulated the candidates for making it in shortlisted names and urged them not to be duped into giving any monetary or other favours as an inducement to get recruited.

The interview exercise which will end on Thursday will involve medical screening, document verification as well as professional interviews in their respective careers. Successful candidates will thereafter be issued with calling letters with instructions to join the Kenya Military Academy for a six-months foundational military training at the center of excellence before being commissioned to serve the KDF in their respective professions.
