A multi – agency security team in Laikipia County together with National Government Administration Officers (NGAO) has extended support operations to residents of Ndonyoriwo village, Kirima sub county.
The team conducted a free medical camp led by 60 Army Special Operation medical personnel where over 100 residents were treated for various medical conditions such as muscular and eye related ailments as well as respiratory infections.
Additionally, the security team supplied clean water and donated rice and beans to cushion residents from food and water shortages.
Speaking at the event, Commanding Officer 60 Army Special Battalion, Lt Colonel Hillary Rotich appealed to residents to take their children to schools since the ongoing operations has seen calm return.
Also present was Kirima Assistant County Commissioner Mr. Julius Nyaga.
