KDF OFFERS MEDICAL CAMP IN HULUGHO

KDF troops deployed under Operation Amani Boni partnered with the local authorities led by Ijara MP Hon. Abdi Ali Abdi to offer medical service to the residents of Hulugho.

Over 500 locals received curative and preventive health care services not limited to chest cold, sinus infection, UTI, and sore throat, among others. The elderly, women, and children were the major beneficiaries as the exercise aimed at reaching out to those with inadequate access to specialized treatment.

During his address to the troops and the locals, after issuing out assorted medical supplies, Hon. Abdi affirmed that the KDF troops zeal and dedication to serve the vulnerable in the society is a true form of humanity that should be emulated across the country, additionally he urged the troops to keep up with the same spirit in serving the less fortunate in the society.
