DEPUTY ARMY COMMANDER VISITS TROOPS IN KANGAITA

Deputy Army Commander Major General (Maj Gen) Ayub Matiiri on 2nd June 2022 visited Kenya Defence Forces Quick Reaction Force and the Kenya Signals Company troops training at Kangaita Camp in Mt. Kenya, Nanyuki.

The troops are conducting pre-deployment training as they prepare for deployment to the United Nations Organisation Stabilisation Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo (MONUSCO).

Maj Gen Ayub Matiiri commended the troops for their resilience and high readiness level as they prepare to represent the country in DRC. He also informed then that KDF will facilitate their continuous training in order to ensure they are mission ready.
