The Ministry of Defence remains steadfast in supporting all KDF-sponsored schools with a view of making them centres of excellence not only in the country but also in the region.
This morning, at the Defence Headquarters in Nairobi, the Cabinet Secretary hosted the leadership of Moi Forces Academies Alumni Association representatives who paid him an office visit.
He received a comprehensive brief of the status of the KDF-Sponsored schools touching on their performance in the recent released Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations results.
Ways to support the KDF schools were also discussed during the visit. This included enhancing a conducive learning atmosphere to ensure that the students are highly motivated and able to compete with their peers in other institutions.
