COMMANDER KENYA AIR FORCE LECTURE OF OPPORTUNITY TO JOINT COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE, KAREN

Maj Gen Fatuma G Ahmed, the Commander Kenya Air Force, on 21 May 24 gave a lecture of opportunity to the participants of course 39 of 2023/24 at the Joint Command and Staff College, Karen. She was welcomed to the college by the Commandant Joint Command and Staff College Maj Gen E M Kinuthia.

Commander KAF lecture focused on Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture emphasising that these were key ingredients for the success of any organisation including the military. She also shared her rich personal experiences gained from the various appointments and responsibilities held in both Command and Staff over a career spanning almost 40 years.
