Commander Kenya Air Force (KAF) Major General John Omenda on Wednesday, 29th November 2022 visited Moi Air Base (MAB) Nairobi.
During the visit, Commander KAF inspected various departments and premises used by personnel, including the newly refurbished cook house and the Moi Air Base Aviation Hospital (MABAH). He encouraged all KAF personnel to keep up the good effort.
Addressing the airmen, Major General Omenda recognized achievements made by the personnel at MAB and the Kenya Air Force as a whole in line with the “One Force One Mission,” clarion call.
He urged all personnel to have a giving spirit during the festive season by sharing with the less fortunate and donating blood.
“I encourage you to continue planting trees during this rainy season in order to achieve the Commander in Chiefs environmental mission,” the Commander added.
Maj Gen Omenda was accompanied by Deputy KAF Commander, Brigadier Peter Githinji, Base Commander Moi Air Base, Brigadier Samuel Kipkorir, Senior Officers, officers and service members.
