KENYA ARMY CORPS OF SIGNAL VISITS CHILDREN’S HOME

The Kenya Army Corps of Signal Officers and Service members paid a Charity Visit to Mama Elizabeth Children Home in Korogocho. The Children’s home provides support for over 60 Children’s and extends their support to the entire community.

Mama Elizabeth Children Home benefited from a donation of assorted foodstuffs, sanitary supplies, clothing, shoes and other utilities.

During the Visit, the Commanding Officer Corps of Signal Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Maximilla Lusite noted that the donations they had shared with the children will be towards supporting them and also a way of supporting the less fortunate during the festive season.

She thanked the founder of the Children’s home for giving the needy a shelter and providing basic needs for them, which will help shape their future. She added that she was really touched by the efforts that the management was doing to help the kids.

Mr. Sheriff Antony, the manager of the Children’s home appreciated the team for the visit and the donations to the Children’s Home. He noted that the donations would help in supporting the children.
