KENYA AIR FORCE AND USA JOINT SPECIAL OPERATIONS UNIVERSITY CONDUCT COMBINED JOINT AIR FIREPOWER INTEGRATION COURSE (C-JFIC) AT MOI AIR BAS

Lieutenant Colonel Henry Mwenemeru, representing Wajir Air Base (WAB) Brigadier Stephen Sane, closed the Combined Joint Air Firepower Integration Course (C-JFIC) at Moi Air Base, facilitated by the US Joint Special Operations University.

The course aimed to improve joint operations and effective use of air power.

Lt. Col. Mwenemeru stressed the importance of seamless joint operations for achieving military objectives.

“The warfare has drastically changed from individual unit approach to joint operations. Today, we are enhancing capacity in combined approaches by employment of multinational players in the operational theatre. Our clarion call of One Force, One Mission remains an anchor of unification towards the mission objectives” he added.

Mr. Blorim Rexa, from the Kenya US Liaison Office, highlighted the valuable partnership between the two countries in enhancing security.

The event was attended by senior officers, officers and service members from both the Kenyan and US Air Forces, emphasizing the commitment to joint training and cooperation.
