The Junior Joint Command and Staff Course 095/23 graduation ceremony was held on 17 Aug 23. It commenced on 15 May 23 and ran for 14 weeks with 42 participants drawn from different services of the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF). The ceremony was graced by the Commandant Joint Command and Staff College Maj Gen E M Kinuthia accompanied by college leadership.
The Course was aimed at equipping participants with requisite knowledge and skills to perform duties in operational, command, and staff appointments more effectively at Unit/Formation level while providing the basis for subsequent professional development.
The Commandant appreciated the Head of Junior Division and the Faculty for their tremendous commitment and effort in shaping the students into the
high level of officers that they had become. He congratulated the officers on the successful completion of the course and commended them for the visible resilience, focus and hard work that made them see their graduation with very good performance. He urged them to apply the knowledge and skills gained to make an impact, work better and be relied upon in their future appointments.
