ENHANCING FORCE PROTECTION AND MOBILITY IN DHOBLEY

The Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) troops operating in Somalia under African Transition Mission in Somalia ATMIS today, 19 December 2022 received six Armoured Personnel Carriers (APC) from ATMIS FHQs Mogadishu in a bid to enhance their mobility to facilitate quick and efficient response and provide better support for troop mobile operations.

The sector Commander Brigadier Jattani Gula while receiving the APCs thanked the Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (SRCC) for considering Sector two as this will go along way in improving our force protection and capability as per ATMIS Concept of Operations.
