COLLEGE CONTROL BOARD MEETS AT THE JOINT COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE (JCSC), KAREN

The Vice Chief of the Defence Forces, Lieutenant General J M Omenda on Friday 29 November 2024 chaired a College Control Board meeting whose membership includes the PS Defence, Service Commanders, Commandant JCSC, DVC Academic and Student Affairs at NDU – K, Chief of RD&TE at DHQ and the College Deputy Commandant as its Secretary.

On arrival, he was received by the Commandant JCSC, Major General E M Kinuthia.

The meeting included a detailed brief on the progress of the Senior Command and Staff Course 40 of 2024/25, covering the Academic and Professional modules and an update on the Junior Command and Staff Course 99/24.

The board was also apprised on the activities planned for the rest of the financial year.
