BUILDING A HEALTHY COMMUNITY FOR KWALE RESIDENTS

On 28 November 2024, the Kenya Navy (KN) hosted a free medical camp at Kinango Sub-County Hospital in Kwale County. The initiative was part of the preparations for the Kenya Navy’s 60th anniversary celebrations, scheduled for 14 December 2024.

The event presided over by the Chief of Naval Medical Services (CNMS), Brigadier (Dr.) Justino Muinde, provided vital healthcare services to over 700 residents. Services included medical screenings, consultations, diagnostic support, and a blood donation drive.

Brigadier (Dr.) Muinde expressed gratitude to the local community for their strong turnout and emphasized the Kenya Navy’s commitment to the well-being of all Kenyans, regardless of their background.
“Kenya Navy is committed to serving every community member, regardless of background. We are here to ensure your health and well-being,” he stated.
