AEROBICS IS BACK AT THE AIR FORCE

Commanding Officer (CO) Moi Air Base (MAB) Headquarter Wing Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Kahindi has today 8th December 2022 presided over an aerobics fitness challenge at the MAB gymnasium in a bid to promote “enjoyable fitness” amongst MAB members.

Aerobics technique employs use of music with danceable tunes making fitness workouts enjoyable and fun. During the challenge participants were categorised into teams and ‘Yellow’ team emerged winners.

While addressing the participants, Lt Col Kahindi, who is also the CO incharge of sports, encouraged the members to continue with the same spirit and urged others to join in the fun and improve their health and wellbeing in general.

Sports is an important aspect for KDF Personnel as it provides a platform for character development, team building, a sense of belonging, competitive instinct, a winning mentality, among other benefits.

Present during the event were Lt Col Ramadhan Rashid and Service members from the Kenya Air Force fraternity
