Addendum/Clarification No: 2
Following the issuance of the RFQ on the 18th of March 2021; Issuance of Addendum No:1 on 6th April 2021 and the Pre-bid meeting/Investor Conference held on 13th April 2021, Prospective Bidders are advised of the extension of time for the return of the RFQ Bids by 7 (Seven) days. As a result, the RFQ Bids are now to be returned by 1200hrs EAT on the 5th of May 2021. Consequently, the new indicative target timeline for the conclusion of the procurement process is as set out below:

| 20th August, 2021 | Evaluation of RFP bids |
| 26th August, 2021 | Appointment of Preferred Bidder |
| 27th September, 2021 | Conclusion of Contract Negotiations |
| 11th October, 2021 | Signing of contracts |
This Addendum/Clarification No. 2 (Two) shall be deemed to be part of the RFQ. All other conditions in the RFQ remain the same.
