Ulinzi stars FC bounced back on Saturday, 3 December 2022, when they beat Posta Rangers 1-0 in an entertaining afternoon match played at the Ulinzi Sports complex, Lang’ata.
Hillary Simiyu netted the solitary goal of the match at the 35th minute as the rest of the minutes went by goalless. The win came after the team had lost two consecutive matches at the onset of the Football Kenya Federation Premier League to Kariobangi Sharks (3-2) and AFC Leopards (2-0) in matches played on 27th and 19th November respectively.
Earlier in the day at the ultramodern Sports Complex, Kakamega Homeboyz FC had beaten Kenya Police FC 1-0. The goal was scored a minute to the lapse of 90 minutes by M. Shumaha.
The Ulinzi Sports sports complex continues to gain a foothold as a favourite spot for various sports the recent being the FKF Premier League matches.
