RE: INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR GOODS, WORKS AND NON- CONSULTING SERVICES
The Ministry of Defence wishes to draw the attention of all interested applicants and the general public to its earlier advertisement published in the Ministry of Defence website, the Daily Nation and the Standard Newspapers all of 21 March 2023.
The deadline for submission of Bids earlier scheduled for 14th April 2023 at 10.00 am is now extended to Thursday 20th April 2023.
All other conditions of the earlier published remain the same.

1.It is expected that the Invitation to Tender will be made in within the above 2 financial years. Tendering will be conducted through various tendering procedures using a standardized tender document and will be open to all applicants who prequalify.
2.Qualified and interested applicants may obtain further information and inspect the Prequalification Document during office hours 9.00am to 5.00pm at the address given below.
3.A complete set of Prequalification Document in English may be obtained by interested applicants electronically free of charge on our website www.mod.go.ke.
4.Prequalification documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.mod.go.ke. Applicants who download the Prequalification Document must forward their particulars immediately to ahop@mod.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
5.Applications for prequalification should be submitted in hard copies by postal service, or hand/courier delivery, in clearly marked envelopes and delivered to the Address given below by 14th April, 2023 at 10.00am.
6.Late applications will be rejected.
