Following the issuance of the RFP on 14th June 2021, Issuance of Addendum No: 1 on 1st July 2021 and the Pre-bid meeting/Investor Conference held on 29th July 2021, the issuance of Addendum No:2 on 30th July 2021, issuance of Addendum No:3 on 4th August 2021 and the issuance of Addendum No:4 on 31st August 2021:
- Prospective Bidders are advised of an extension of time for Bid Submission by 7 (Seven) days. Consequently, the new indicative target timeline for the conclusion of the procurement process is set out below:

- Prospective Bidders are also advised of the change of Project Structure to Build – Transfer Model and consequent issuance of the following Draft Project Documents, which are Appendices 1 – 5 of this Addendum:
- The Project Agreement;
- The Deed of Novation;
- The Lender’s Direct Agreement;
- The GoK Letter of Support;
- The Deed of Prospective Bidders are also advised of the following responses to queries submitted since the issuance of Addendum/Clarification 4:

This Addendum/Clarification No. 5 (Five) and its Appendices shall be deemed to be part of the RFP.
All Prospective Bidders shall take note of the same and shall submit their queries and requests for clarifications accordingly.
All other conditions in the RFP remain the same.
