In a two day familiarization tour to the area, the General Officer Commanding Border Security Command (GOC BSC) Major General Stephen Otieno accompanied by 2nd Brigade Commander Brigadier Peter Assava visited the multiagency security command center at Ngoisusu before proceeding to Kilimon area where he met security teams, locals and their elders to identify a suitable location for construction of a water dam to support their day to day activities.
