The multi-agency security team operating in Laikipia County on Monday 10th January held a peace engagement with the community members and their leaders at Ol Moran town.
The engagement is part of a wider approach towards peaceful coexistence among Laikipia West residents by identifying challenges they have towards institution of appropriate measures by the government.
The Multi-agency security team assured locals of continued implementation of development projects in the area towards finding a lasting solution to their challenges.
The team that was led by Army Special Operations Brigade Commander (ASOB) Brigadier Seif Rashid, SOOPS GSU Mr. Bernard Mbatha, Deputy County Commissioner Kirima Sub County commissioner Mr. John Arata and other officials from the Ministry of Interior and Coordination.
