Following the issuance of the RFQ on 18th March 2021, Prospective Bidders are advised of the following questions and responses:

Subsidiary must form a consortium/joint venture with mother company for this Tender, if as a stand- alone it doesn’t meet
the qualification requirements. |
| 4. | Bidder Qualification | Is it possible to substitute the net worth with Annual Turnover over 3 year? If yes, what would be the minimum amount expected. | No. Net worth is the designated measure of Financial Capacity in the RFQ. |

This Addendum/Clarification No. 1 (One) shall be deemed to be part of the RFQ. All Prospective Bidders shall take note of the same and shall submit their queries and requests for clarifications accordingly. All other conditions in the RFQ remain the same.
