The Commander Kenya Navy Fleet,Brigadier Sankale Kiswaa on Thursday 12th October 2023 presided over the graduation ceremony for Senior Leadership Command (SLC) course participants at 15 Kenya Rifles (KR) in Mariakani, Kilifi County.
Speaking during the graduation ceremony, Brigadier Kiswaa congratulated the SLC graduands and urged them to consistently apply the leadership knowledge and skills they gained during the course to hasten their efficiency.
“I would like to congratulate all the graduands and encourage you to consistently apply the knowledge and skills gained during this course to hasten your efficiency while conducting your duties. Always strive to provide sound leadership while deployed in the various Units and Formations of the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) ,” said the Commander KNF.
The SLC course is designed to equip the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers(SNCO’S) with knowledge and skills in leadership, command and management required to conduct their duties while deployed in the various Units and Formations within Kenya Navy and KDF at large.
Present during the ceremony were Senior Officers, Officers and Service Members.
