The Deputy Commander Kenya Air Force, Brigadier Samuel Kipkorir, recently presided over the graduation ceremony for the Senior Leadership Command Course at Laikipia Air Base.
The course was designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to become competent leaders and mid-level managers within the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF).
The training covered a range of critical subjects, including leadership, command, management and administration, discipline, morale and motivation, survival tactics, skill at arms and tactics, general security and global terrorism, fire and flight safety, and medical training, among others.
While addressing the graduates, Brigadier Kipkorir commended them for their dedication and hard work throughout the training.
