PS MARIRU HOSTS ISRAELI AMBASSADOR

Defence Principal Secretary, Mr Patrick Mariru today hosted the Israeli Ambassador to Kenya, His Excellency Mr. Michael Lotem who paid him a courtesy visit at the Defence Headquarters, Nairobi.

The two leaders discussed a wide range of geostrategic issues of mutual concern to the two countries. Among the areas of focus were, ship building, blue economy, counter terrorism and joint military training and exercises by the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) and the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) among others.

Additionally, the two leaders explored areas of possible future partnerships and collaboration for the mutual benefit of citizens of both countries.

Present during the meeting was Colonel Policy at the Defence Headquarters, Samuel Oloko.
