The Senior Joint Command and Staff College Students of Course 39 of 2023/24 together with the Commandant Maj Gen E M Kinuthia, College Leadership and Faculty Members conducted a regional visit to KDF Formations in Nanyuki region on 11- 12 January 2024.
The purpose of the regional visits was to enable the students to relate theory and practice.
During the visit to Laikipia Air Base, Commandant appreciated the warm reception accorded to the JCSC fraternity by the Deputy Base Commander and his team. He urged the students to use the opportunity to appreciate the critical role of Air Power in operations and internalise the impact of airpower on warfare in a hybrid threat environment while, the visit to Engineers Brigade enabled the students to conceptualise the primacy of Combat Engineers effort at all levels of operations.
