JCSC COMMEMORATES THE WORLD AIDS DAY

Brig D K Chesire, the Deputy Commandant/Chief instructor JCSC led the commemoration of the World Aids day at the Joint Command and Staff College on 2 December 2024. The event involved personnel from the National Defence College, Joint Command and Staff College and the International Peace Support Training Centre.

The event included a march along the Westwood park road and within the College, a skit and speeches to create awareness on HIV/AIDS.

The Deputy Commandant in a message read on behalf of the Chief of Defence Forces emphasized on the need to take the right path. He further noted that substantive gains have been made in combating HIV/AIDS by making incremental positive changes in combating the disease.
