The Joint Command and Staff College (JCSC) recently hosted a delegation of International Defence Attaché Course in Defence and Diplomacy, running at the International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC) Karen, Kenya.
The visit begun with the head of delegation Col Dr. L Currit paying a courtesy call to the Commandant Joint Command and Staff College Maj Gen Eric Kinuthia.
The delegation was briefed on the organisation and roles of JCSC. The participants were drawn from the KDF and fifteen allied countries which include Angola, Austria, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, China, Ethiopia, French Republic, Germany, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Korea, Mauritania, Namibia, Kingdom of the Netherlands and Ukraine.
The tour was an opportunity for the course participants to have a better understanding of the functions of the College. Also present during the visit is the Deputy Commandant and Chief Instructor Brig David Chesire.
