BASE COMMANDER MOI AIR BASE LAUNCHES CBC PRESCHOOL CLASSROOMS

Brigadier Bernard Oluoch, Base Commander Moi Air Base (MAB) and Patron of Moi Air Base Primary and Junior Secondary School (JSS), officially inaugurated the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) classrooms at Moi Air Base.

During his visit, Brig. Oluoch also inspected ongoing construction projects, including ladies’ accommodation and additional classrooms for the Junior Secondary School. He commended all contributors to the successful completion of the CBC classrooms and urged workers to accelerate the remaining projects while upholding high-quality standards.

“Education is a key driver for the development of any nation,” Brig. Oluoch said.

“Today marks a significant milestone as we officially open these new classrooms—a dream come true for the entire MAB community. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved. Always remember, all dreams are valid.”

Madam Tabitha Obudho, Headteacher of Moi Air Base Preschool, also expressed her gratitude for the collaborative effort behind the achievement.

“Education is a shared responsibility. This momentous occasion reflects the unwavering support and leadership of all stakeholders, especially the Base Commander. This milestone aligns with our five-year strategic plan and sets the stage for greater success,” she remarked.

The event underscored the Kenya Defence Forces’ (KDF) commitment to quality education, teamwork, and strategic development, showcasing their dedication to advancing the school’s goals.
