The Principal Secretary (PS) for Defence Dr. Ibrahim M Mohamed made an official visit to Kenya Navy on Friday 06 March 2020.
During his visit, he paid a courtesy call to the Commander Kenya Navy (KN) Major General Levi Mghalu. The two held talks on regional maritime security, the blue economy and the contribution made by Kenya Navy in Africa Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) duties among others.
Thereafter the PS, in the company of the Kenya Navy Deputy Commander Brigadier William Kombe, visited various ongoing modernization projects including the slipway project, the Kenya Naval Training College accommodation and the civilian offices.
