CS DEFENCE HOSTS HEAD OF PUBLIC SERVICE AT UHURU GARDENS

The Cabinet Secretary for Defence Hon Soipan Tuya on 8 April 2025 hosted Chief of Staff and Head of Public Service Mr Felix Koskei at Uhuru Gardens National Monument and Museum for a briefing session on the progress of the facility whose construction is 85% complete.

The meeting delved into the exciting prospects for the operationalization of the newly revitalized Uhuru Gardens once its restoration is complete.

Present during the meeting were Defence PS Dr. Mariru, Director of National Security Industries (DNSI) Major General Bernard Waliaula, Director of Uhuru Gardens National Monument and Museum Brigadier Opiyo Oduor among other senior KDF officials.
