KDF DONATES FOOD IN BONI

Colonel David Chesire, Commander Operation Amani Boni led a food donation drive in Bulagolol, fafi, Garissa County.

KDF gave over 1 tonne of foodstuffs, which included; rice, sugar, cooking oil, tealeaves and dried vegetables among others.

The troops also conducted medicamps at Bulagolol and at Milimani Village, Lamu County where residents received medical assistance.

While addressing the residents, Colonel Chesire assured them of the KDF commitment to ensure their safety. He also stated that civil authorities would prioritize restoration of key services such as reopening of the local health centre which was closed due to terror activities.

The residents were grateful and pledged to collaborate with security agencies in the area in order to maintain peace and security.
