Brig John Omenda, the Deputy Commander Kenya Air Force presided over the graduation ceremony for Senior Leadership Command (SLC) Course, at Laikipia Air Base (LAB), on 20th August 2020.
The course was tailored to equip the participants, with the requisite knowledge and skills in order to prepare them to be competent as leaders and middle level managers within the Kenya Defence Forces.
Brigadier Omenda while giving his remarks, congratulated the participants for successfully completing the course and challenged them to fully exercise the acquired skills in their respective fields of operation. “It is important that you internalize these skills and put them into good practice at your level of Command. This course opens up your progression and promotion opportunities as career service Members,” he added.
Present during the event was the host, Brigadier Bernard Waliaula, the Base Commander Laikipia Air Base, Senior Officers, Officers and Service members.
