UPHSF NOTICE FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

Ulinzi Prime Health Services (UPHS) was established by the Defence Council in July 2022 with a mandate to partially open up Kenya Defence Forces levels IV, V & VI medical facilities for uptake by prescribed categories of civilians at a ‘fee-for-service.’

The National Treasury and Economic Planning pursuant to Section 4 (a) and 5 (3) (a) and (b) of the Statutory Instruments Act, 2013 invites interested parties and members of the public to submit views on the Ulinzi Prime Health Service Fund Regulations.
