| The Kenya Air Force is an equal opportunity employer and has a cluster of dream-fulfilling careers open to both men and women entrants who meet the minimum entry requirements. Women have been part of the Kenya Air Force since its inception. However, formal integration of women in the service began in 2000 following the disbandment of the Women Service Corps (WSC). Within a short period of time, the Air Force women officers and servicewomen have given the service a new image and quickly made their mark in all aspects of job performance, training and trade spectra. Today, we have women drivers, aircrew, engineers, communicators, doctors, nurses, educationist, administrators, logisticians, technicians, accountants, policewomen, lawyers, air traffic controllers, caterers, name it. Due to their hard work and determination, the Air Force women have quickly risen through the ranks to occupy key posts and they are unstoppable.
